This Thursday, November 14 in the morning, the sky is often cloudy when you wake up. Clearings are emerging from Picardy to Arrageois, while towards the northern coast, the clouds give some drizzle in the second part of the morning. The wind is weak, rather from the North-West.

The clearings in the South become closer over the hours, as the thicker clouds descend. The associated drizzles are increasingly weak and scattered. At the rear, the clearings are rarely wide. The wind is moving a little further north and strengthening.

The return of unsettled weather is not far away, but not yet Friday. The sky remains very cloudy, sometimes letting in a little sunshine, but also a few drops along the coast. Under a weak southwest wind, we have 5 to 8°C at the coolest, and 8 to 12°C at the best of the day.

On Saturday, a slightly cooler air mass at altitude favors some showers at the coast. In the morning then the clearings are quite generous in the interior, in the afternoon, but at the sea, the clouds are more threatening, giving a few showers. The sky then charges everywhere. The southwest wind is weak. And we have 4 to 9°C.

The calm and relatively dry weather of the last 15 days is over. Driven by a vast Scandinavian depression, a disturbance reaches the region during the night from Saturday to Sunday, bringing rain for part of the day on Sunday. The southwest wind strengthens, becoming moderate to quite strong.

This Thursday, November 14, the change in wind direction, from northeast to northwest, reduces the import of fine PM2.5 particles. The air quality index is average across the region due to the concentration levels of fine particles and ozone. For information and especially advice on www.atmo-hdf.fr
