A large number of Moroccans continue to benefit from the direct housing assistance program through the acquisition of assisted real estate, whether those with a value of less than 300 thousand dirhams, with an amount of advantage around 10 million centimes, or those whose price is between 30 and 70 million centimes, which gives rise to a service worth 70 thousand dirhams.
The growing demand for the acquisition of real estate that meets the conditions for direct housing assistance has contributed to increasing competition between real estate developers who have flooded the market with apartments, especially those belonging to the economic housing category.
In recent weeks, we have observed an abundant supply through a large number of housing units which have sprouted like mushrooms in all cities of the Kingdom, and at the same time, the demand has increased to benefit from housing assistance.
A number of real estate developers have started acquiring raw and prepared land, as well as agricultural land close to urban areas, which has led to an increase in the production costs of residential units that will be delivered in the next two to three years, in light of expectations that prices for these units will rise to an all-time high.
