The 3 Platanes school no longer has a director until further notice: Sylvie Plancher just bowed out last month.
Born Donger in 1962 in Pizançon, Sylvie Plancher dedicated her existence to teaching et to the education of others. In 1997, Sylvie was a trainee at the IUFM (University Institute for Teacher Training) and after a first position at the IME (Medico-Educational Institute) of Bourg-de-Péage, she held positions of responsibility in various establishments: 12 ans at the Saint-Mamans nursery school, six years at the Saint-Nazaire school and its eight beautiful last years at the municipal school of Châtillon-Saint-Jean.

Salon L’ivre Jeunesse
Now retired, Sylvie Plancher is not abandoning the organization of the L'ivre Jeunesse fair in Châtillon-Saint-Jean, which the twenty years will be celebrated during the next scheduled edition of the March 24 to 29, 2025. She will stay in touch with the book's publishers and will be there next year. A reception was organized by the municipality of Daniel Barruyer in the Daniel-Ardin village hall on October 18, during which the moved retiree was spoiled.
