Spring 2024 has passed and June is coming to an end. With that, another National Indigenous Peoples Day has arrived, and so have a variety of meaningful things to experience, see and learn.

Celebrating heritage and culture in conjunction with the summer solstice, here are some ways to commemorate June 21 this year.

National Indigenous Peoples Day at TELUS Spark

With plant music in the outdoor Brainasium Park, traditional Métis music and dance, stories and a show at the Dome, Calgarians are encouraged to celebrate the summer solstice and National Indigenous Peoples Day at the TELUS Science Center Spark.
