Monday, November 11, 2024 at the end of the afternoon around 6 p.m., the alert was given to the Oise firefighters for a fire in the town of Beaudéduit near Grandvilliers (Oise).

Fire in a 400 m² hangar

When firefighters arrived, they noticed a huge fire in a 400 m² agricultural shed on the outskirts of the town. The completely engulfed building was the prey of flames.

Very quickly, significant resources were dispatched to the site: ambulances, ladders, fire vans, large capacity van with reinforcements from the Somme.

Animals evacuated

A chain of command was implemented with the advent of a mobile PC. This fire on a farm is believed to be due to a court-circuit electric according to the first elements of the investigation.

Present on the scene from the start of the disaster, thefarmer managed to get out animals and the equipment that was in the shed in which only bales of linen remained.
