Invalid and portable license while driving
He was placed in police custody and then brought before the public prosecutor on Sunday, November 10. A judicial investigation into charges of manslaughter aggravated by hit-and-run and driving with an invalid license has been opened. “The related offense of using a telephone while driving” was also retained, indicates the prosecution.
The motorist is also known to the courts “for multiple traffic violations”. He was placed in pre-trial detention.
