Resale of gold to PT Antam Tbk for a nominal value exceeding 10 million rupiah, is subject to a PPh 22 from 1.5% for NPWP holders and 3% for non-NPWP holders. PPh 22 on the buyback transaction is cut directly from the total buyback value.

The share of tax on the purchase price of gold in accordance with PMK number 34/PMK 10/2017, the purchase of gold from the share is subject to PPh 22 of 0.45% for NPWP holders and 0.9% for non-NPWPs. Every gold purchase from the share comes with PPh 22 denomination proofs.
