The Montreal Canadiens are currently having a difficult start to the season, to say the least.
Currently in a five-game losing streak, head coach’s squad Martin St. Louis has lost 9 of its last 11 games and is a dismal 4-8-2 for a total of 10 points in 14 games so far, good for last place in the Atlantic Division and 30th place overall in the NHL.
However, unfortunately for Habs fans, things are not likely to improve this evening, as the Montreal organization will face the powerful Toronto Maple Leafs live from Scotiabank Arena.
Even if the men of St. Louis will not have to face the captain of the Leafs, Auston Matthewsabsent due to an upper body injury, the latter will however have to face the other big guns from Toronto; Mitch Marner, William Nylander, John Tavares and company.
However, despite this not very encouraging news, hockey and Canadian fans who do not have access to RDS and/or TVA Sports will have something to eat this evening.
Indeed, for one of the rare times, the match of blue-white-red will be exceptionally broadcast on the airwaves of TVA.
As reported by 7Days :
Usually [diffusé] on the TVA Sports channel, this exceptional match will begin at 6:30 p.m. on TVA, allowing all hockey fans, even those without access to TVA Sports, to follow the match.
