For its 6th edition, the Bois Bories wine estate opens its doors on Sunday June 16, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., in this eponymous hamlet along the Salagou lake road.
Over the years, this meeting has become essential for connoisseurs and lovers of a lively and simple country meal. “A moment of sharing that we want to be family-friendly and friendly”, summarizes the couple Delphine and Vincent Raymond, fourth generation at the head of this 25 hectare farm.
In the shade of the pine trees near the cellar, tables and chairs will be available for visitors to taste the preparations from the restaurant trucks, grills, oyster bar, brasucade, ice creams and crepes, all accompanied by the three colors of the house’s wines. All this in a festive atmosphere, with pop rock, blues, jazz and bossa nova sounds, thanks to the presence of the Vibra-Thau group. A day punctuated by activities, discovering the vineyards of the estate on the handlebars of ZE Trott Salagou electric scooters. For children, the Estribo estate will offer pony rides. All complemented by a blowgun shooting range run by the Salagou outdoor base.
