In , there is no jealousy: the drop in prices is observed in almost all neighborhoods. Particularly for individual houses (-4.3%), according to the Provence Real Estate Observatory (OIP). In the southern districts (7th, 8th, 9th and 10th arrondissements), wealthy and airy, the crisis is harsh – and it lasts. Same song in the 8th: if prices hold up for apartments (-0.4%), the decline in houses is very clear (-14.3%). In the 9th and 10th centuries, the trend is similar. The most sought-after city center districts (5th and 6th), better served than the southern districts, and gentrified, such as Réformés or Camas, are the only ones where the trend is still slightly upward.
