A fire broke out this Thursday in an insurance company on Avenue des FAR, in Casablanca.
According to a source from Le Site info, Abdessamad Bdiai, the regional commander of civil protection, went to the scene of the tragedy, specifying that several teams were mobilized to contain the fire as quickly as possible. “Four tank trucks and three ambulances were dispatched to the scene in order to control the fire and treat any possible victims,” we learned.
The same source emphasizes that the fire had to be quickly contained so as not to reach other offices. “The building has several call centers,” it says.
As a reminder, the fire fortunately did not cause any casualties but caused significant material damage. The causes of the fire, which caused panic among company employees, have not yet been determined. Moreover, an investigation was also opened, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office, to determine the exact circumstances of this case.
