Assassination of Frank Goes in the middle of the street: Dylan Duby was filmed wandering for hours in front of the entrepreneur’s offices

Faced with the psychiatrist, Doctor Marc Goltzberg, Yaser Abau confided that he was indeed involved in the death of entrepreneur Frank Goes, as investigators suspected. He told her that a man, whom he identified as the accused Youssef Allali, had paid him to “intimidate” the victim. As he felt unable to do so, he called on the accused Dylan Duby.

Yaser Abau’s confession, contained in the expert psychiatrist’s report, was kept secret by the accused and his counsel until the start of the trial.

“Mr. Abau’s prolonged denial is undoubtedly explained by the fact that he did not want to go to prison, that he did not want to be the object of shame,” Doctor Goltzberg told the court Thursday. “I heard remorse, I heard regrets. He said he felt stupid for doing that. This shows that he knows where right and wrong are. I’m not in on the secrets of the gods, we’re a psychiatrist, but we’re not in people’s heads. However, I have the impression that he simply understood that he could not continue to deny, so he spilled the beans as they say. delivered the doctor.

Five men must answer for the assassination of Frank Goes, but also for the attempted assassination of an architect from Uccle. Dylan Duby, aged 28, has confessed to being the author of the stabbings which killed the contractor and to having tried to physically attack the architect. Youssef Allali, a 37-year-old entrepreneur from Etterbeek, is accused of instigating the crimes. He disputes this accusation. Yaser Abau, aged 26, is accused of having acted as an intermediary between the sponsor and the author. He has been in confession since Monday.
