Assets whose vehicle has perished or suffered damage in the floods which affected the East Var at the end of October will be able to benefit from support for replacement vehicle rental fees. This is the emergency aid system which has just been voted on by the elected representatives of Saint-Raphaël during the municipal council meeting on October 31.
Reimbursement or direct payment
Lasting two months, this help from the municipality is only valid when the damaged vehicle is used by an active person domiciled in Saint-Raphaëlor for travel home-workor aswork tooland also when the vehicle insurer does not offer the loan of a replacement vehicle in the event of an accident.
The support may take the form of a reimbursement, by the Municipal Social Action Center, of the invoices paid by the beneficiary to the rental agency or a direct payment by the latter of the rental contract signed with from the rental agency.
The request for support must be presented to the CCAS within six months of the implementation of the system.
