The Super U of Labastide St Pierre affected by a fire

It was around 4:50 a.m. this Tuesday morning (November 5). Firefighters were called to intervene in Labastide Saint Pierre (Tarn-et-Garonne), at the Super U supermarket. A fire caused a lot of smoke, causing damage. significant damage in the commercial part of the sign. In total, 18 firefighters were mobilized in the morning to put out the fire. They are, at the time of writing, still on site.
Fortunately, there was no no injuriessince no one was on the scene at the time of the disaster. The firefighters were not affected either. On the other hand, this fire forces the store to remain closed at least this Tuesday, or even several days or weeks given the work necessary to clean up everything and put the shelves back in order. As a result, 20 people are technically unemployed.
