This study explores various aspects such as annual salary upon leaving school and after three years of professional experience, employability of graduates and preferred sectors of activity.
The salary of CentraleSupélec graduates
The gross annual remuneration, all countries, including bonuses, of CentraleSupélec graduates in 2022 is 57 637 €. As for the gross annual salary, three years after graduation, it amounts to 63 914 €bonuses included. This corresponds to an 11% increase in salary after three years.

42.2% of graduates carry out missions related to CSR
More and more CentraleSupélec students are seeking to give meaning to their career, often placing social and environmental impact beyond simple salary. 42,2 % of CentraleSupélec graduates in 2022 occupy positions linked to CSR issues (corporate social responsibility), compared to 24.4% of graduates in 2021, marking an increase of almost 73% in just one year.
