Hyundai plans to first equip 32 of its car transporters before extending the system to its ships. To go even further, the South Korean firm is also strengthening its water safety system. Cargo ships will be equipped with a new monitoring system which displays the exact location of fires. In total, the brand operates 90 carriers, including 32 own vessels.
