After the victory of Briton Lando Norris in the sprint race of the Brazilian Grand Prix, the 20 best drivers in the world compete this Sunday for the traditional event. Will Dutchman Max Verstappen take his revenge? Europe 1 summarizes the schedule and the channel so as not to miss the start.

Only four Formula 1 Grands Prix left to cover in this 2024 season, and the suspense remains. Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc and all the other drivers are competing in the Brazilian Grand Prix this Sunday, on the Interlagos circuit in Sao Paulo, the day after the sprint event won by the British McLaren driver.

And this new race could well reshuffle the cards in the race for the world title. Lando Norris, 2nd in the championship, is only 44 points behind leader Max Verstappen, who has not won a Grand Prix since the Barcelona event on June 23. On the French side, the two Alpine drivers will try to climb into the top 10, building on Pierre Gasly's 7th place obtained during the sprint race which allowed him to glean two precious points.

Qualifications postponed to this Sunday

The qualifying session for the Grand Prix was postponed until this Sunday due to rain, and the bad weather is forcing the organizers to review their program. Thus, the qualifying practices will take place at 7:30 a.m. local time (11:30 a.m. time), and the start of the traditional Grand Prix will be at 12:30 p.m. in Brazil, or 4:30 p.m. Paris time.

To not miss either the qualifying event or the start of the Brazilian Grand Prix, viewers must be subscribed to Canal+. Unless there is a last minute change, the long-awaited race will be broadcast on the group's main channel.

Brazilian Grand Prix, Interlagos circuit, 21st event of the 2024 season

Departure : 16h30

Diffuser: Canal+

Please note that for all latecomers, a rebroadcast of the Brazilian Grand Prix will be offered on Canal+ Sport from 9 p.m.
