The “Star Academy” adventure is accelerating… Three weeks after the first bonus of this 2024 edition, a new student had to leave the adventure. This Saturday, November 2, four academicians were in danger, following their evaluations deemed disappointing by the teachers: Ulysse and Marine, as well as Thomas and Maïa. Two pairs of candidates, who experienced a particularly stressful prime.
And the candidate eliminated at the end of the 4th bonus is…
To defend their place, the nominees were given two songs. Marine and Ulysse played their last card on Bryan Adams’ cult title “(Everything I Do), I Do it For You”, while Thomas and Maïa defended themselves on the title of Véronique Sanson “Song about my funny life”. After the duo Marine and Ulysse was saved by the public, Maïa and Thomas moved into a new phase of the competition, going from allies to adversaries… The harsh law of the show during this week of linked destinies ! Each in turn, they sang Christophe Maé’s song “Casting”, before being decided by their crying comrades. And it was ultimately Thomas who, with 2 votes against 5 for Maïa, was unable to return to the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys at the end of the November 2 bonus. Thomas is therefore the 3rd eliminated from this 2024 “Star Academy”, after Maylis and Paul.

For the other students, the show was full of emotions and challenges. Nikos Aliagas obviously returned to the performance of the duo Emma and Masséo during the NRJ Music Awards Friday November 1st. The two academicians indeed had the chance to accompany the star on stage during the ceremony David Guetta on a medley of his greatest hits. And this Saturday, they both had the opportunity to sing with Hatik on the song “Angela”.
Marguerite had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Hoshi on the title “And even after I’ll love you”, a duet considered very successful by viewers. Renowned since the start of the season for being particularly gifted at conveying emotions to the audience, Maureen was once again there on “Lucie”, a cult title from Pascal Obispo that she shared with the artist… and this despite a small technical hiccup at the start of the performance. Overall, viewers were rather disappointed by this prime, which they considered very uneven.
Which students were immunized during this evening? There were 6 of them who could claim this big advantage: Emma and Masseo (came at the top of the students after the paired assessments), Charles and Noah, and Julie and Franck. And it was Masseo and Emma, definitely in very good shape, who won the Top 3 battle. They will therefore not be in danger next week, unlike all their other comrades.
