Omar Daf, coach of Amiens SC: “The content was consistent, we did good things and overall the match was balanced. We hit as many times as our opponent (13 shots for Dunkirk, 12 for Amiens). We had the opportunities. But two mistakes mean we leave without a single point, it's part of the game. We don't blame anyone. I am very disappointed with the result. It's a match that really leaves me with regrets because we lost it by not much. We knew that three matches in a week could be tough, the boys held on and gave their all. We tried to bring in some fresh blood by putting some young players in at the end but it wasn't enough to turn the game around. »
Kylian Kaïboue, Amiens SC midfielder : “The problem wasn't physical, I didn't see the statistics but we ran well. We lost on small errors and details. During the first 15 minutes, we were a little late but we were able to react well. We weren't efficient, that was the key. After my goal, we believed in it, except that we didn't know how to push afterwards. »
Rémy Vita, left side of Amiens SC : “There is a lot of disappointment but we will quickly raise our heads and continue against Martigues next Friday. Both goals hurt. We were able to bounce back by coming back to 2-1 but the error (the penalty conceded) that I made in the second half spoiled the atmosphere. I find the penalty a little harsh but it's football, I can't say anything. The results of this week with three matches are satisfactory despite everything. »
