A meeting which comes as rumors of the sending of North Korean soldiers to Russian troops in Ukraine are confirmed and worry the West.

North Korea alongside Russia until “its victory” in Ukraine

Ties between North Korea and Russia have strengthened, particularly since the start of the war in Ukraine. The two countries concluded a mutual defense agreement in June.
