So successful at home since the start of the season, Amiens has finally exported its magic formula outside its bases by winning in Pau (0-2)this Friday on the occasion of the 10th day of Ligue 2. A success which allows the Amiens to keep pace with the top 5.
Amiens scores again from a corner
Surprise holder, Urhoghide rose higher than everyone to open the scoring after a corner from Corchia (0-1, 10′), after a fairly neutral start to the match from the Picards. From the second hour of play, Leautey doubled the lead following a high recovery from Kaïboue, a small bridge from Lutin and a shift in the latter's good timing (0-2, 30'). The ASC had a very successful and coherent first period, during which regrets may even remain.
And for good reason, Mafouta hit the crossbar after beating Kamara's exit (13'). Author of good work with his back to goal, the top scorer of Amiens SC then served Kandil behind, who made the small outside net tremble (20′). The Amiens number 10 was not rewarded for his big solo number, left side (44). Boya, for his part, did not offer a fifth assist to Corchia, once again after a corner (24′).
Not at all requested, Gurtner was still supported by his amount, once again, to defeat Njoh (35'). Long in control after returning from the locker room, Amiens ended up being saved by their guardian angel Gurtner, author of a triple save in the space of a few seconds to disgust Arconte and Mboup (62').
