Around 5:50 p.m. this evening, the ferry, the Radisson, collided with the wharf on the Quebec side.
The impact was significant, causing four minor injuries on the ship. At least four ambulance vehicles were dispatched to the scene. Additionally, the ferry was damaged.
The exact circumstances of this accident are unknown.
Due to the incident, ferry services were interrupted for a while. Then in the evening, they would have resumed the service, however, only one ferry would be available and the schedule would be on time. Customers are invited to consult the schedule on the Ferry Company website before traveling.

Due to required maintenance, only one ferry will be operating until further notice. Departures from Lévis will take place at the correct times and departures from Quebec will take place at the half hour mark.
The return to normal will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
