Yesterday in Le Meilleur Pâtissier, Chef Quentin Billeau was invited under the tent. During the technical test with the Pastry Chefs, he asked the candidates to prepare a two-tone puff pastry snail. A terribly cute pastry that amateur pastry chefs hastened to reproduce… and “destroy”, according to some somewhat mocking spectators. A look back at this test seen in the second episode of Best Pastry Chef season 13, a 100% snail challenge which was a flop for the candidates, but made fans of the competition laugh a lot!
