The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center of the Cheikh Khalifa International University Hospital is organizing a scientific day dedicated to “hyperbaric oxygen therapy: therapeutic indications and benefits”. The event will take place on Friday, October 18, from 9:00 a.m., at the Mohammed VI Congress Center of the Mohammed VI University of Sciences and Health, at the Anfa City Campus.
This day will highlight hyperbaric oxygen therapy (OHB) and its importance in the treatment of various pathologies. Participants will be able to discover the principles of HBOT, its therapeutic indications, as well as its application in emergency medicine.
The activity report of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center will also be presented. Among the other themes, we will discuss the treatments of diving accidents, wound healing, management of the diabetic foot, and post-radiation complications treated by HBOT.
Recognized experts in hyperbaric medicine, ENT, anesthesia-resuscitation, neurology, radiotherapy, and plastic surgery will be present to host this day and share their knowledge.
