Due to a deterioration in weather conditions, the town of Annonay is triggering its municipal protection plan, in order to coordinate relief actions and ensure the safety of all.
Many measures
Residents are urged to exercise extreme caution. Given the risk of flooding of Avenue de l’Europe and the city center. The town of Annonay is taking the following measures:
– Evacuation of children in all schools and nurseries before 11 a.m. Parents are asked to come and pick up their children.
– Stopping of school transport and urban transport.
– The following streets are closed and vehicles must be evacuated before 11 a.m. (after 11 a.m. the perimeter will be completely sealed off):
– Avenue de l’Europe (from the May 8 roundabout to Avenue Jean Jaurès).
– Rue Simone Veil (formerly rue de Deûme).
– Rue Gaston Duclos.
– Rue Sadi Carnot.
– Rue de Faya.
– Rue Montgolfier.
– Avenue Jean Jaurès.
– Closure of businesses within the defined perimeter.
– The Saint Exupéry library, the theater and the Maison de la musique will be closed.
– It is prohibited to recover vehicles from basements.
All city services are mobilized to ensure security and manage this crisis as best as possible. Stay constantly informed via official channels and follow the instructions given. The municipality reiterates the importance of staying at home as much as possible and avoiding travel.
