While everyone thought that Paul Pogba would never set foot on a professional football pitch again following his 4-year ban for doping, the player finally saw his sanction reduced by the Sports Court to one year and half. So he can play football again!
“Of course it’s very good news (the reduction in the suspension), I’m happy, my family is happy… All I want is to get back on the pitch,” declared the player on the microphone of SoFoot.
“I did not hide from what was said or what was done in relation to doping. I did not die, I did not kill anyone… I was with family, on a trip, I had fun .”
“But all that time, I kept training, because in my head, I was always thinking about it. In the space of a year and a half, I grew up, maybe I took ten years,” explains the 2018 world champion.
The Frenchman will be able to make his return to the field in mars 2025.
