Westgold Resources Limited is a mid-tier gold producer and international gold company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and operation of gold mines, primarily in Western Australia. The Company owns and operates all of its underground and surface mines. Its operations include the Murchison Operations, Meekatharra Gold Operations (MGO), Cue Gold Operations (CGO), Bryah Operations, Higginsville Gold Operations, Spargos Gold Mine, Beta Hunt Mine and Lakewood Gold Mill. Murchison’s operations are located around the regional towns of Meekatharra and Cue in the central west of Western Australia and include the Meekatharra and Cue gold operations. MGO is located around the regional town of Meekatharra and comprises assets including the historic gold mining centers of Meekatharra North, Paddy’s Flat, Yaloginda, Nannine and Reedy’s. CGO is located around the regional town of Cue and encompasses the assets of Westgold’s Southern Murchison Group.
