Kenny Omega was the victim of an Elite attack in his hometown during AEW Dynamite on May 1, 2024, but now Omega spoke out this week.
Indeed, Omega spoke from his hospital room explaining that he is in bad shape after the Elite attack, but that he has an idea for AEW Double or Nothing and it is an Anarchy In The Arena! Omega said they want to take away the rules for Double or Nothing since The Elite does everything their way.
Unfortunately, Kenny Omega will not participate in the match since he is still injured, but Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood, Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson will face Nicholas, Matthew Jackson, Kazuchika Okada and Jack Perry! This is a return for Kingston and Danielson who have been absent since AEW Dynasty.
AEW Double or Nothing 2024 will take place on Sunday, May 26 live from Las Vegas, the place where it all began for the company in 2020.
