War in Ukraine: “Explosions and noises like gunshots”, Russian military school in flames after possible drone attack

According to the Ukrainian press, which uses a video published by the Sota telegram channel, a Russian military school, based in Moscow, was the target of a drone attack this Sunday, October 6. It would also be Russia’s oldest military establishment.

“A fire broke out in Kuzminki (a district of Moscow, editor’s note), probably after a drone attack on the Higher Combined Arms Command School. A shooting range and a gas station are nearby.”

This is the message left by the Sota telegram channel, and taken up by the Ukrainian press, concerning a possible drone attack against the Russian capital. Facts which would have taken place this Sunday, October 6.

Residents who live near the fire said they heard “explosions and noises resembling gunshots, but only for a short time.”

Concerning the establishment which was targeted, our colleagues from RBC Ukraine specify that it is the oldest military school in the country founded in 1917. For nine years now, it has been training military personnel for the mechanized forces and the forces land forces of the Russian armed forces.
