At the beginning of September, young 6th grade students from Collège Saint-Joseph took part in an integration day. Nothing better than a hike on Chemin Henri IV to get to know people outside of school and thus create group cohesion.
Throughout the hike, activities and games were part of the program.
Then, at the beginning of the afternoon, the young people continued their walk to the sanctuary of Lourdes. Some of them discovered Bernadette’s story.
There is no doubt that this day will have marked the minds and hearts of these young people.
We wish all these new middle school students an enriching and successful school year.
However, this is only the prelude to the big gathering which will take place on October 7 (weather permitting) at the Destrade stadium, for the traditional cross country which will bring together the children of the Saint Jeanne Élisabeth primary school and the adults of the Saint College Joseph, all united in the process for a noble cause, provided that the sky is clement for this important sporting and festive event, which we will talk about as soon as possible in the newspaper.
Note that many other activities will be carried out over the years (including the “socks” challenge, the recovery of which has already started in various places in the city).
