Monday May 6, around 7 p.m., a fire broke out in the kitchens of the restaurant of the Mama Shelter hotel, located rue Docteur-Maret in Dijon.
The fire was quickly extinguished by firefighters, and only one extractor hood was impacted.

Several dozen people evacuated
In total, 39 customers and 25 employees were evacuated from the establishment, while one person was treated by emergency services for having smoke inhalation.
Three fire vans, a ladder, an ambulance and two command resources, representing a staff of 21 firefighters, were deployed.
