“Aude Pays Cathare was an innovative, exceptional and dynamic name thirty years ago. This name carried our tourism strategy but the work we carried out highlighted the need to change the way we tell the story. But if a page is turned, that of Aude Pays Cathare will not be entirely closed. “This brand will refocus to become that of our agri-food products, for the development of wine tourism and for historic sites. It will not disappear and on the contrary will be reinforced by this new destination name which is “L’Aude , L’Âme Sud” since it integrates a new tourism development strategy which is much broader without forgetting that we carry the inscription of the citadels* of vertigo for Unesco”, adds the elected socialist.
