The press release:

For several months, the REVEZ association has been taking care of around sixty cats which belonged to a gentleman overwhelmed by the number of litters accumulated at his home due to lack of sterilization. After having completely renovated the house, a handful of volunteers now take turns daily, alongside the owner, to socialize these cats, feed them and take care of their
environment.

If you dream of adopting a cat by doing a good deed, the one who will share your life may be at the Bernica cattery?

During this adoption day, which will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Chemin Chevallier at Bernica, more than 50 healthy adult cats will be presented to you. The house will be easily identifiable since the association will take the opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of sterilization with awareness banners.

It will also be possible to sponsor a kitty if you have a crush but no place to welcome it into your home. Or if the one who makes you melt is not yet ready to leave his refuge.

Some have been lucky enough to be adopted but there are still many waiting to find their forever family.

During this day, a food drive will be organized. The volunteers hope for many of you and the cats are counting on you!

THEIR STORY…
It was in August 2023, as part of a sterilization campaign with veterinary students, that the REVEZ association came to the aid of these felines who were living in deplorable hygienic conditions.

In one weekend, the cats were captured, sterilized and identified and their habitat was completely renovated during work carried out by volunteers over several weeks.

This help allowed the cats to return to a shelter that met their needs and to help the person who was responsible for them and allowed themselves to be overwhelmed by the situation, thinking of protecting them by locking them up, in order to prevent them from dying. poisoned.
