The #MeToo movement is now freeing up speech in the hospital environment. Since Karine Lacombe’s accusations about Patrick Pelloux, many women have dared to break the silence. This Sunday, May 5, M6 broadcast a documentary led by Marie Portolano, entitled Not so white blouses. Viewers were then able to hear the stories of women who experienced sexual violence in hospital. Among them, Marine Loiseau, now a general practitioner. And during her internship, Miss France 2013 experienced very difficult times. “The clichés that I heard about what could happen in operating theaters, I really experienced them,” she indicates.

She denounces “gritty jokes” but also many inappropriate behaviors. “They may exhibit close behaviors that are completely inappropriate. There is also a lack of respect for the woman’s body in the operating theaters that I have seen.”, she confides, before confiding in a particularly traumatic moment. “We found ourselves in the operating room with several students.
