“II am regularly present at home fairs organized by Stéphane Yvart, my passion for housing and decoration remains intact and complete, I remain up to date with technology. Regarding sustainable development, I would say that it depends on one’s lifestyle, some will prefer a heat pump while others will favor a stove. All I’m saying is be curious! Hence the usefulness of lounges. »

90 exhibitors
The Habitat et Déco show extends under a 1900 m² marquee in the West basin. Since Friday there have been numerous visitors and even today the exhibitors are present to provide advice. The 90 exhibitors are mainly from Calaisis. “This is our desire, this selection of well-established companies recognized in their profession. I vary the professionals who present new products as much as possible,” says Stéphane Yvart, manager of the Wimereusian company Loc’Expo and organizer of the show.
From design to decoration
All professionals come together to embark on the purchase of real estate, embark on work or decoration. Among the 90 exhibitors we find professionals in tableware, design and installation of gates, traditional or metal carpentry, roofing and zinc work, terrace and garden design, furnishing, interior and exterior ironwork, heat pump and wood or pellet stove, facade renovation, insulating brick, floor and wall covering, energy renovation experts, insulation exterior, vinyl installation, decoration… Visitors can also meet kitchen designers, architects to design constructions or optimize interior spaces, real estate developers, a broker, real estate agencies, insurers… but also find solutions to improve water quality and home safety.
