A small plane crashed in Trois-Lacs in Val-des-Sources around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. According to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), the pilot was alone on board the aircraft.
These are witnesses who saw the plane hit the body of water. They contacted the authorities about the incident.
A false maneuver by the pilot led to the accident, according to the SQ.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) was informed of the accident.
