What is his roadmap? His ambitions for Cap 3,000? We will still need a little patience for him to tell us more. But for now, we tell you who Frédéric Llorca is, the one who succeeds Roch Charles Rosier and becomes the new director of the Saint-Laurent-du-Var shopping center.
“Major assets”
More than twenty years of experience in the sector retail (retail trade). Frédéric Llorca, 47 years old, displays a CV worthy of the challenge that awaits him. Namely: managing one of the largest centers in Europe.
Printemps, Fnac, Adidas… he has worked his way through the industry. “His professional experience in the commerce sector, as well as his expertise in the consumption patterns of international travelers, will be major assets for the continued development of Cap 3.000”announced the Altarea group, the commercial operator of the Laurentian center which chose Frédéric Llorca as successor.
The latter seems to understand the stakes: “Much more than a shopping center, Cap 3.000 is a real place of life to which the people of the Riviera are deeply attached, and for which I am keen to develop new actions and new projects.”
“Accelerate the transformations underway”
The man also greeted “the work done” by his predecessor. His will seems, for the moment, “to continue and accelerate the transformations initiated in recent years.”
