After the selection of Quebecer Geoffrey Cantin-Arku with their first right to speakthe Alouettes completed the Canadian Football League draft on Tuesday evening, notably selecting two players from the Rouge et Or from Laval University, namely pass receiver Frédérik Antoine, in the fifth round (47th overall), and defensive back Vincent Delisle, in the eighth and final round (74th).

The Alouettes and their general manager Danny Maciocia also dipped into the Rouge et Or’s field on two occasions in 2023, drafting fullback David Dallaire and defensive back Maxym Lavallée.
