Initially scheduled for Friday May 3, 2024, in Laval (Mayenne), the meeting of the head of the Renaissance list in the European elections in June is “postponed” indicated this Tuesday, May 30, his campaign team.
This week Valérie Hayer will debate, Thursday May 2 in the evening, on BFMTV with the president and head of the National Rally list, Jordan Bardella. Friday May 3, she will hold a public meeting in Pontcarré (Seine-et-Marne) with ministers Éric Dupond-Moretti, Frédéric Valletoux and Franck Riester.
The same day, Emmanuel Macron’s majority will reveal part of the list of candidates behind Valérie Hayer. The majority’s project will then be revealed on Monday May 6, on the eve of the majority’s national meeting on May 7 at the Mutualité in Paris.

“Tighten the device a little”
Since this week, and until the June 9 election, a campaign “political committee” meets every Monday, in the presence of Gabriel Attal. Objective : “Tighten the device a little” in the countryside “to ensure that the entire majority, the government, the heavyweights are on board”, “so that we can create this necessary momentum for this last month of the campaign”explains campaign director, Pieyre-Alexandre Anglade.
Valérie Hayer will participate in several “regional meetings”: in Lyon on May 13, in Strasbourg on May 18, in Lorient on June 5 and in Nice on June 6, in the company of Édouard Philippe and Christian Estrosi. Regional meetings are also planned, including one in Bordeaux and one in Laval.
A final national meeting must be organized at the beginning of June.
