It’s back. This weekend, in Berlin, Germany, the Laver Cup 2024 will be held. While the first four editions were all won by Team Europe, Team World has just swept the last two. In 2023, they even inflicted a stinging 13-2 on the Europeans. If you want to know how it works, who will be there and what the schedule is for the Laver Cup 2024, you’ve come to the right place.
Who is participating in the Laver Cup 2024?
In the absence of Rafael Nadal, who preferred to withdraw, and Novak Djokovic, Team Europe has called on Grigor Dimitrov to the rescue. He will be accompanied by Alexander Zverev, Carlos Alcaraz, Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud and Stefanos Tsitsipas. In other words, a very heavyweight, with players almost all ranked between second and twelfth in the ATP rankings. Opposite, Alejandro Tabilo, Frances Tiafoe, Ben Shelton, Taylor Fritz, Francisco Cerundolo and Thanasi Kokkinakis will clearly not start with the favour of the forecasts.
