The Channel replacement service is accustomed to saying: “no replacement without agents”. So, to thank its troops, the Departmental Federation of Replacement Services initiated a day of conviviality and exchanges for its agents, numbering 926. The meeting was arranged at the Condé-sur-Vire nautical base at the end of August.
Quality of life at work
At the heart of this day was the quality of life and working conditions (QVCT), an important theme for these agents who exercise a complex profession, constantly requiring adaptation. The morning was devoted to the assessment of the activity at the departmental level and to the presentation of the application monservicederemplacement.fr.
Towards tutoring
It continued with the unveiling of the project “tutoring” which will see the light of day in 2025. On this occasion, certain agents will be able to be offered an upgrade in skills and even more recognition, by taking novice recruits under their wings.
Just before the lunch break, the agents voted for their representative and Christian Luet was re-elected. He will therefore continue his commitment to the board of directors of the Manche Replacement Service to represent the agents’ voice to departmental elected officials.
Keep in touch
The afternoon was devoted to sports activities, each at their own pace: canoeing for some, archery for others or even geocaching walks. The fifty or so agents present left delighted with this day of cohesion during which they were honored. There is no doubt that the links will continue through the WhatsApp conversation dedicated to them to maintain contact until the next edition in 2025.
It should be noted that in 2023, 35,714 replacement days were carried out, increasing the activity by more than 1,600 additional days. The Manche Replacement Service chaired by Arnaud Martinet, thus maintains its place on the podium at the national level. It is on an army of 926 agents, all ages, sexes and statuses combined, that the Manche operators can count to come and take over in their companies.
