Ligue 1 – A statistic only held by OM and Barça this season

Entering at half-time of the match between OM and Strasbourg this Sunday, Robinio Vaz allowed his club to post a statistic never before achieved by any other team in the European Top 5 this season, exception of FC Barcelona.

Indeed, the young 17-year-old striker is the third Marseille player, born from 2007, to play during this 2024/2025 Ligue 1 financial year. The other two being Enzo Sternal, recently transferred to Anderlecht, and Darryl Bakola. The Marseille club is therefore the only one in Europe in this scenario, along with the Blaugrana in La Liga (also three, including Lamine Yamal).
