According to the “Kleine Zeitung”, Haselsteiner was currently a spa patient in a private clinic in Obervellach (Austria). The clinic is known for the special fasting cure “The Schroth Cure”, which gave the clinic its name.

Burnouts and sports injuries are also treated in Obervellach. The clinic also offers detoxification. It is not known why Haselsteiner was in the clinic.

The only thing that seems clear is that he wanted to recover from his stressful life as the head of a large construction company. Instead, he died unexpectedly.

The Haselsteiner family’s personal doctor told the newspaper: “He died of an aneurysm hemorrhage, so any help comes too late.”
