The French football team was beaten by Borussia Dortmund in the final of the Coupe de France. BVB lost 2-0 (0-1) to the Hessians, who were in good form, for the start of the return phase.

After three official matches, Dortmund has still not scored a single point during the calendar year 2025. Eintracht's goals, in front of 58,000 spectators, were scored by Hugo Ekitiké (18th minute) and Oscar Hojlund ( 90th+2).
