This week, the M6 ​​gourmet show, ''The best bakery in France'' made a stopover in our region. And in particular in Flavigny-sur-Ozerain since the Flavigny oven was one of the 10 candidates of the week.

Unfortunately, the only Côte-d'Orienne bakery in the running was eliminated in the show broadcast Tuesday evening. And it was this Friday, January 17 that viewers were able to find out which bakery was selected by Bruno Cormerais and pastry chef Noëmie Honiat to represent Burgundy during the grand final in Paris.

After five duels, it was Christophe Rochet, baker in Flacey-en-Bresse (Saône-et-Loire) who won the regional competition.
