Guest on RMC/BFM TV this Friday morning, Bishop Éric de Moulins-Beaufort announced that he had taken legal action after nine new accusations of sexual violence against the priest who died in 2007.
“I asked the public prosecutor to consider opening an investigation into Abbé Pierre”declared Mgr Éric de Moulins-Beaufort, president of the Conference of Bishops of France this Friday, January 16 at the microphone of RMC/BFM TV.
Targeted by nine new accusations of sexual violence, including rape of a minor and “incestuous abuse”, the priest who died in 2007 is now qualified as “predator” by Emmaüs, the association helping poor people that he created in 1985.
