The closing arrives which marks the transfer of 100% of Hellas Verona from Maurizio Setti to Presidio Investors. The owner Maurizio Setti will thus sell 100% of the shares. The valuation of the Veronese club is around 120 million also considering an exposure to banks which amounted to 90 million as of 30 June 2024.

-After 13 seasons at the helm of the Setti club (which had Deutsche Bank as financial advisor, with the team led by Andrea Tortoroglio and Giacomo Satta, and Unilegal Avvocati Associati, in particular in the persons of partners Antonella Benedetti and Paolo Pasetto, for all legal aspects) therefore cedes ownership, while remaining in charge of the sports area, with the role of Senior Advisor of Football Operations, supporting the activities of the Sports Director, Sean Sogliano (Simona Gioè will retain a leadership role and will be supported by Gennaro Leo and Sean Foley, established managers in the international sports scene). «Thinking back to these 13 years as President of Hellas Verona – underlined Setti – there are many memories for which I feel pride and emotion. From the first promotion to Serie A, to my first year, to the last salvation of last season. We have achieved results, both on and off the pitch, that at first seemed unimaginable. Now a new chapter opens.
