Police are concerned about an 11-year-old child. The boy has been missing for almost a week now – and the temperatures are falling.

Michael W. is eleven years old, 1.50 meters tall, has straight, dark blonde hair and has been untraceable for almost a week. On Thursday, the police launched a public manhunt and published pictures of Michael.

According to officials, the eleven-year-old ran away around 1 p.m. last Friday while visiting the MercaturA shopping center in Aalen, Baden-Württemberg, with his mother. At the time he was wearing a down jacket, dark jeans and red Adidas sneakers.

Michael had already run away once in October 2024, but the police were able to find him unharmed within a very short time. Now the officials are asking: “Who has seen the missing child or can provide information about his whereabouts?” The Aalen Police Headquarters will receive information on 07361 580-0. Temperatures of up to minus 7 degrees have been announced in Aalen for Friday, and temperatures are expected to be consistently in the minus range on Saturday too.
