A particularly awaited verdict. This Thursday, November 28, 2024 as reported BFMTVthe criminal court sentenced Francky D. to seven years in prison, the driver behind the tragic disappearance two years ago of Antoine Alléno, the son of chef Yannick Alléno. The courts thus found him guilty of all the charges against him, including involuntary manslaughter. In addition to having his license cancelled, the accused is also banned from passing it for five years.

His sentence having been pronounced with provisional execution, he will still go to prison even if he decides to appeal. During his hearing held at the end of October, the prosecution requested an eight-year prison sentence against him accompanied by a committal warrant, as well as a ban on driving for ten years. Aged 27, Francky D., who appeared free under judicial supervision, was therefore tried for involuntary homicide in addition to the aggravating circumstances: theft with violence and unintentional injuries.
