The first day of the Beauregard festival, which will welcome two global headliners on July 2, the American group Black Eyed Peas and the French star DJ Snake, was sold out on Tuesday November 26, 2024, one hour after the ticket office opened.
The Norman festival, which will be held in the park of the Château de Beauregard in Hérouville-Saint-Clair, near Caen, until July 6, has barely had time to announce the artists who will perform during this Day Before (Jour d’avant). An hour after the sales opened, the evening was sold out, the organization told AFP.
Before these announcements, the Beauregard Festival had already revealed the first 14 names of its program, including the ex-Téléphone Jean-Louis Aubert, the star DJ Martin Garrix, the rappers SDM and Gazo and the rock groups The Last Dinner Party (100% feminine) and Fontaines DC
Usually dedicated to a single artist or major group (David Guetta, Stromae, Depeche Mode or Muse paraded there), this special day will count for this 17th edition two names with international success.
The Black Eyed Peas are bringing their anniversary world tour through Normandy, which will celebrate their 30 years of existence, Pump it has I gotta feelingin a mix of hip-hop and high-intensity electro. The group formed in California has been evolving as a trio since 2015, without singer Fergie, but still with pillar Will.i.am.
As for DJ Snake, who is among the best-known French artists abroad, this will not be a first: he had already come to make the public dance in 2022. The artist with numerous hits and collaborations, from Selena Gomez and Ozuna to Justin Bieber, appears in 33rd place in the Top 100 DJs 2024 ranking.
